Bring your bestie or loved one for a high-end tasting menu prepared by none other than yourselves! Chef Alicia Watson will show you how to prepare mushroom scallops, beet tartare, crab cake and fresh ceviche – just a few examples of the delicious dishes that you and your partner will learn how to make together. And your reward: to feast together on your hard work in the Le Culinaire dining hall, where your food will also be paired with a fine wine to complete this perfect evening of cooking & dining.

Class will be co-taught with a registered dietician for all your nutritional questions.
