First Annual Pawpaw Festival in Paw Paw, WV
At the very first pawpaw festival WV, we will be celebrating the pawpaw, the unique and elusive fruit that our town is named after. There will be educational presentations, kids’ activities, local craft vendors, live music, and delicious food. Don’t miss it!
The upcoming pawpaw festival in Paw Paw, West Virginia, scheduled for September 14, 2024, promises to be a fun-filled event for all attendees. The pawpaw festival will include a variety of activities and attractions! There will be a bounce house, seminars, live music and food & craft vendors.

The festival will be held in the Paw Paw Municipal Park located at 699 Winchester St, Paw Paw, WV 25434 from 10am to 4pm.
Featured music will be performed by a local band, the Critton Hollow String Band and also Local singer, Mary Hott will be accompanied by The Carpenter Ants. We will also showcase our local Choir and Ben Townsend.
For the kids, there will be a bounce house, coloring contest, face painting and more.
Some of the best food in the area will be present. Just check out our local Lion’s Club and their Italian sausages. Or maybe you’d prefer some Fresh lemonade by Country Roads Coffee Company. Maybe you’d like to keep it simple with some “baseball concession” food available from the Paw Paw Little League. We will also welcome Almost Heaven Gourmet Apples. Another treat for everyone will be Moo Moo Bea’s and her snow cones and more!
