Mama Mia! In this pizza-making class, you will choose between two different pizza crust recipes (but you’ll get to taste both!), plus you’ll learn from Chef Kelli Marks – the 2024 National American Culinary Federation Pastry Chef of the Year – all about yeast, stretching and throwing dough, and get inspired by different toppings. You will leave with the recipes and your own full-sized pizza (that is, if you don’t eat it in class!). It’s not delivery anymore – it’s pizza made right in your own kitchen!
