Who doesn’t love a little extra splash of sweetness in their life! In this class, we will go over how to make a variety of syrups for coffee flavor, including classic vanilla and caramel. We will also learn how to make a nice caramel or butterscotch sauce as well as a chocolate sauce, all usable for coffee, tea, pies, cakes, other pastries, or any one of your favorite sweet treats! Chef Kim will show participants some gift-packing options, but these syrups will not be able to be frozen for the future, though they will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks and make excellent, truly unique gifts!
Individually, each class costs $80 per registrant, but there are discount options available if you’d like to sign up for multiple classes.
