Biscotti is a twice-baked Italian cookie. This cookie makes an excellent and unique cookie to gift for the holidays. The flavor combinations are endless, and in this class, we will be making an almond-flavored biscotti and a chocolate-flavored biscotti. These cookies are delicate and crisp, and perfect for dipping into a fresh cappuccino or a nice cup of tea. Biscotti can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed, making them perfect gifts for the holidays. Chef Kim will even show you how to package your creations to make them the perfect gift for friends and family – holiday gift shopping DONE!
Individually, each class costs $80 per registrant, but there are discount options available if you’d like to sign up for multiple classes.
