The classic baguette is enchanting and elusive – and after this class, you can make them endlessly from your own kitchen! We will learn how to make the perfect baguette dough and how to score it. While it proofs and bakes, participants will make both herbed butter and sweet butter. Baguette bread is fabulous straight from the oven, but it can also be made ahead of time and frozen until needed, making them perfect gifts for the holidays. Chef Kim will even show you how to package your creations to make them the perfect gift for friends and family – holiday gift shopping DONE!
Individually, each class costs $80 per registrant, but there are discount options available if you’d like to sign up for multiple classes.
