Time to wow friends and family at the approaching holiday gathering with your enviable cake decorating skills. In this class, you will learn how to frost and decorate a holiday-themed cake with an adorable turkey or an elegant wreath. The cakes will be vanilla-flavored with vanilla buttercream frosting, and they will be ready for their final frost and decoration to allow participants plenty of time to experiment, practice, and decorate. Chef Kim will show you how to fill and crumb-coat a cake before showing you how to final frost and decorate your stunning centerpiece cake. These cakes can also be made ahead of time and frozen until needed, making them perfect gifts for the holidays. Chef Kim will even show you how to package your creations to make them the perfect gift for friends and family – holiday gift shopping DONE!
