A Blue Zone is a region in the world where people are living long and living well due in large part to a lifestyle that includes healthy eating. This class will travel through these zones, touching on some of their most delicious dishes, including cuisines from Okinawa, Japan, Sardinia, Italy, Nicoya, Costa Rica, Ikaria, Greece, and Loma Linda, California. Learn from Chef Alicia Watson of Vito & Vera how and why the residents living in these zones are living longer and healthier lives, and how you can, too!

Class will be co-taught with a registered dietician for all your nutritional questions.
