Who doesn’t love mouth-watering hot & sour soup?! It is the most popular soup in Chinese cuisine. In this class, you will not only learn how to make authentic hot & sour soup, but a few other delicious soup recipes, as well. As a bonus, Chef Joy will also teach you how to make Egg Foo Young, yet another one of the most popular dishes in Chinese restaurants. After this class, you can cook your favorite Chinese soup plus Egg Foo Young at home whenever you have the craving.

Asian Cuisine Series Deals! There are 6 classes to choose from within this Asian cooking series at the Pulaski Tech Culinary Institute: Ramen, Kimchi & Bulgogi, Kimbap & Rice Ball, Hot & Sour Soups Plus Egg Foo Young, Pot-Stickers, and Tofu Master. Individually, each class costs $75 per registrant, but there are discount options available if you’d like to sign up for multiple classes.
