Do you want to elevate your pasta repertoire? Learn from Chef Kelli Marks – the 2024 National American Culinary Federation Pastry Chef of the Year – how to make colorful, decorative pasta from scratch. This class will be taught with the assumption that participants have made their own pasta before – but beginners are welcome! This is a great class to build on the basics of making fresh pasta. We will explore how to add colors and flavors to the pasta dough. The focus will be on filled and shaped pastas with decorative designs.
